Talking hay

i hope that every one in this forumwill be all right i have joined this forum to learn from around the world experts that how to get traing with the food charts and all the do's and do not whiole doing the execise i hope that you all cool members will help me out as the competition will be on head of mine soon
so i wana win it plz tell me what traing program i get started
i m doing the exercise and know i want to start special training for the competition

Do's = read the stickies and links in Digitals post

Donts = 1) isolation movements for upper body as your primary exercises
2) neglect legs
3) start arguing with mods when they tell you your workout program and diet sucks.
