stop cardio
there is a problem though i play racket ball 4x a week will this burn off to much calories i mean should i stop playing all together or how should i work that?

I don't understand your question. Are saying that because of the raquetball you should stop doing cardio?

I believe he's considering it cardio. It will burn calories, if you have trouble gaining weight your going to need to eat plenty extra or drop the sport, but if you love to play the I'd say keep going with it.

IMO I don't think you should stop cardio. I beleive its also a good way to get the nuitration flowing through the body better. Maybe 2 to 3 sessions a week at 20 mins.

If I am trying to gain weight I do little to no cardio.
