Cramp!!!!!!!!

So........ what gives? i get a cramp no matter what when ever i do anything... it's always no matter what in the exact same spot.. on my left side of my stomach... right under my rib cage directly on my side... i've been getting a cramp there for the past year and a half and have no clue why... some times i'll get a cramp there when i'm just sitting down.... it'll get all tight feeling... like now.. and when i run.. i've only been able to run a mile max lately because the pain get's to be unbearable... i get it at about .3 of a mile... I had a cat scan back when it started and nothing came up so the doctors were clueless and never found out why i was having this cramp all the time... i can't get past this 1 mile mark because of this cramp... i really need to gain stamina in running!!! if anyone know's what this could be please help me...

the pain is LITERALLY where my stomach is... oh yeah.. i have G.E.R.D also...

wait i take that back about it being under my rib cage... it actually stops right where the belly button is and then goes up to about the bottom of my chest...

How much fluid are you taking in each day?

Are we ruling out the reflux?

Sounds like a serious problem. A doc would be best, but just out of curiosity, do you have athsma?

YES i do have asthma... i don't have a inhaler either lol it costs to much money!
but it's not serious asthma to be super bad i can run a mile + and not get it... if it get's bad enough i have a inhaler with a few puff's left in my car...

okay so to clarify i only get cramps when i'm really active and it's pretty much everytime...
when i'm not doing anything just sitting down i tend to lean to the left a little bit which may be the discomfort that i have when not doing anything... the thing about it is, it all started happening after a car accident... it was a t-bone accident with us going about 45 hitting the other car the front passenger side aka my side lol (their fault, pulling out on us on a highway... really?)

AHH wait the feeling when i'm not active and it comes is more of a tightness feeling no pain at all just feels tight

and i have back problems... a weak back and bad back problems

You have a 'bad back', but you jog?

Regarding your current symptoms, any plans to visit a doctor?

You probably need to drink more water.

Also, don't drink all of your fluids right before you run. That's what some people do and it's a recipe for disaster. Keep yourself well hydrated throughout the day.
