Advice please. I plan to be ripped and toned by October next year

I have recently joined a gym and I want to increase muscle mass moderately and define muscles by October next year.
Info you will probably need to know:
I just turned 15, I'm 5 foot 10 and ecto-mesomorph, I'm more or less a bit unfit and I'm very determined and I can post a pic of me if needed.

1. Is it at all possible to do it in a year
2. If so how much of my week will it take

Post a pic.

And yes its possible to do it in a year, hell you can do it in half a year.

Question is, how dedicate are you going to be?

Training is only part of the game, Dieting and eating healthy is the other half.

I've done it myself, I was 16 years first stepping foot in the gym, got ripped as hell in 8 months (I didnt know much about BBing).

I would also like to make the point that there is a very real risk of being over-enthusiastic with this sort of goal.

Remember to pace yourself, leave yourself enough rest, and don't fall prey to being so keen and motivated you try and do too much at once.

Working in a gym i see it all the time - the newbies come in full of piss and vinegar, and immediately join seven classes, and get a 3x a week weight training program from a trainer, and proceed to double the number of workouts in that program.

If they keep that up, within a month they will be back on the couch again utterly defeated.

Pace yourself, read up, and you'll reach your goal.
