Neck Exercises
Hello Guys,
I am doing fine except that my neck is not proportional with the rest of my body. It is sort of tiny (well not that tiny, but yet, you know it's not balanced. I want to have more symmetric look from the back and especially from the front. DO you think it's possible to achieve this with some exercises ? What do you recommend? Thanks |

As you increase in size, your neck/traps/yoke will increase as well.
Cleans and deadlifts will do the trick.
