Rack pull critique
Can you take another look at my rack pulls and see if they look good. I focused like P-funk said to not slam, but touch then relift. I also have the shoulder back and this made a world of difference for lifting. Readjusted the height of the bars on the side to make the bar im lifting to be just above the knee instead of below it like previously.

All in all, it looks fine. Just remember to keep your neck neutral.

Thanks M11. Yea, i saw what you meant with the neck. Gonna put some good weight on next week because three plates was quite light with the shoulders pulled back.
