Gynecomastia?

Maybe you just have good genetics and grow doing everything wrong. Makes up for your lack of driving skills.

true that! lol well really a reason that i think i have great genetics is because back in high school my bench was at 300 and i was working out like once every 2 weeks and when i got up to 300 it was once every 3 - 4 weeks... but is 3inches good? i've added half a in on my biceps since july with slimming them down and all that...



highest 1 rep max bench = 300 (now 245)
6'3 - 175 pounds
Cutting
BF % - 9/24 - 11.4% 11/5 10%

woo hoo got my body fat tested again today and in 6 weeks i went from 11.4% to 10% =D pretty happy about that! specially since i'm weighing the SAME as 6 weeks ago!!!! =D

That might explain while most don't seriously reply to your post anymore. You have potential to do well but you are satisfied with mediocre results and a lot of ailments but at least you did it your way. That doesn't impress very many who spend much time and energy offering help.

well, i mean i try the best i can, i took the advice of doing the low reps weighted ab exercises.. i cut back on calories and i took in lots of protein.. i mean i didn't go to a full out diet but i mean i still was eating better than before...

just some food for thought, my results now are crazy... imagine if i actually did everything perfect like you guy's tell me... i'd probably already be at 180 in muscle... WITH ABS

I think you greatly underestimate that, that and the fact you don't seam to be in good general health because of doing it your own way.

really, no, i don't... If i know i'm doing a lot of stuff bad YET i'm still seeing good gains... gains that are decent... imagine if i was to do it right... i'm serious...
