running questions..

okay i have a few questions about running...
1. After running i get like dizzy even if i do a cool down and i'll feel super tired just from having my heart beat that fast or something i dunno, why?
2. When i'm running i get chest pains... left side... think it's the nerves def not the heart because i was getting them before and got a bunch of tests done and did the treadmill test and my hearts healthy so i'm guessing it's a nerves problem, what do you guy's think?
3. my nose like STINGS when i'm running... why?
4. my nose run's after i'm done running, why?
5. I love to do hitt because i get to run at 8.5(highest the treadmill can go ) and i was wondering how often i should actually do hitt?

Please and thank you in advanced guy's/built

1. You probably don't drink enough water, eat enough, or sleep enough.
2. My best advice is to ask a doctor.
5. Stop running on a treadmill because it's not really running. If you do HIIT, fit it into your program. What is the reason you're doing HIIT in the first place?

1. probably don't eat enough lol i eat like 1k calories a day haha and it's not even good food i drink enough water i'm pretty sure.. like a liter a day which is good for just sitting down all day doing nothing lol no sweating till the gym! haha
2. asked a doctor, they had no explanation for why it was happening they simulated it on the treadmill and they said there was nothing wrong actually with my heart itself it was something else so i'm guessing it's my nerves but who knows..
5. okay i'm really going to go out and run in the freezing cold at 1-2am when i'm already at the gym and can just do it after my workout? no thank u! haha and i'm doing hiit for weight loss.. i'm doing it now less often than before such as run a mile everyday that i go and then maybe 2 times outta the week i'll do hiit... i'm tryin to lose some fat

1. 1 litre per day is not enough. 1k calories is not nearly enough, especially if they're devoid of nutrition. Why even focus on weight loss when it's obvious that your lifestyle ain't great? Focus on doing things the right way first.
2. Ever heard of a second opinion?
5. Diet for weight loss, don't try to work it off with HIIT. If you like cardio, then do cardio, but there's no reason you should be doing any cardio when it's clear that your diet is pathetic.

Also - punctuation is your friend.

Why the hell are you doing HIIT when you're 6'3 180?

Crap nutrition while doing hiit? ( Or something similar to hiit?)

Ok if youre eating a speckle of calories and laughing about it most of the older heads around here are not going to take you serious and your thread is going to fade away. How about you get serious and then you might get some serious advice. So start eating properly with some good fats, lean meats, veggies and good carbs and drink a gallon of water on at least workout days then come back and see us in a month and report back.

There seems to be a pattern involving you asking for advice, being given advice, and doing almost the exact opposite of whatever people tell you. If you already have an idea in your head and aren't going to change it, why even ask in the first place?

What has this got to do with running? It seems everytime you make a thread it ends up with a picture of yourself asking for an ego boosting.

readyformore, we have been offering you consistent advice that you ignore month after month.

Why would we commit our time to offering you free assistance if you never listen?

you gave me a list of foods to eat for a diet but the thing is i don't know what portions of food to eat and all that, for me to lose weight i would have to eat like 1500 calories a day or something since my maintenance is around 2k or less (from knowing myself) okay so let me go back and get that link and i'll look it over good and just i need to know like what exactly should i go for proportions wise and ingredient wise

I never gave you a list of food choices. I directed you to a resource that will allow you to estimate the appropriate amount of each macronutrient that you should be taking in each day. You can dictate the portions for yourself -- whether you eat 6 mini-meals or 3 larger meals per day is up to you.

I don't mind walking you through the process as long as you follow instructions.

The first step is too track your intake for a week --- record the grams of fat, protein, carbohydrates, and fiber that you take in each day. The idea is to get as close an estimate as possible to what you are eating now. Get as close as you can and eat is if you weren't tracking. If you do not cook for yourself, find out the ingredients that are used.

Feel free to ask any questions.

Just so you are aware, the same advice was given to you by Built over six months ago. Feel free to start following the advice now, or keep spinning your wheels.

well don't want to make a new thread for one simple question... How does adding 3 inches in about 2 months to my chest WHILE losing fat weight sound? Is that like "oh that's yeah, just normal.." or is that like "oh um.. were u even working out??????" ha serious question, please take it serious...
