Traps

I started working out my traps twice a week and they seem to be responding well to it.
Do you think this is overtraining or is it fine?

Without seeing your routine, one cannot determine whether or not the change may put you in position to overtrain. You likely aren't overtraining if you are responding favorably.

Overtraining generally doesn't occur terribly often either -- most people simply don't do the volume or intensity of work required to overtrain. You'll know if you are overtrained based on how you feel. Symptoms are typically similar with those of illness (weakness, fatigue, etc.).

If you start feeling sick and the cause isn't immunological, then you may consider scaling back your training and seeing how you respond to the decrease in work.

Thanks for the reply.
I generally go with what I feel. Doing them twice a week feels good, and they're getting stronger, seemingly faster than before.
I feel fine otherwise, no fatigue or anything.
