How do I incorporate Cardio and Weight training in my schedule?
Currently I am using a schedule like this. Weights, Cardio, Weights, Cardio, Weights, Cardio, Rest (Starting from Tuesday, those are the days of the weeks I train on). Then I change my routine/exercises every 4 weeks and rest for a full week after every 8 weeks. Is this a worthy schedule or is there a better way for me to do this?

Why do you change every 4-weeks and what are you changing to? Is there really a need to change in 4-weeks? What magic happens at the end of 4-weeks?

Well, I noticed and heard that your muscles "grow better" (lack of a better defenition) when you switch up the movement/exercise. This will allow them to adapt to different movements instead of them same movements/exercises
