Abs?
Does anyone here do abs as part of their workout? If so, how do you train them?

If you train your body hard and evenly with an array of major compound lifts and body weight exercises you hardly need any (if any at all) direct ab work. Ever seen Built's avatar? Her abs are insane, and she got them from doing I think it was only 3 sets of 8 weighted crunches a week.....when she remembered to do them.
Most ab exercises are too much buck for not enough bang. Stick to squats (front squats really hit the abs hard), deadlifts, pullups, and chinups. Throw in military presses, pullovers, etc. All of these work core/abs.
Training the mind is equally, if not more, important than training the body. If you can learn to transcend natural limitations, and force your mind into your muscle, your strength will know no bounds.

Incline with 90lb dumbbell held on chest for 3 sets of 15. Done on leg day. The end of the dumbbell is on my chest ie held at 90 degrees. Lay back curl up dumbbell with one arm. Hold number 15 for a count of what I can handle that day.

Well I only add about 20 lbs. but yeah I forgot those as well. Any kind of upright rows would work well too.

I feel it in my midsection doing pull overs. More so doing machine pullovers than free weight.

Sorry, I meant bent-over rows. Anything unsupported that requires stabilization like that is good for the abs IMO.

I think the heavy dumbell pullovers do more for abs than barbell though
