Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

I like both low and high reps for delts. I typically train them alone with low reps 6-8, then 2-3 days later on chest day I do just few very high rep delt sets 15-25 reps.

I think it will be diff with every person, but for myself I like sets of 10 and go heavy on the lift. I do like to do a few high sets like PB said also.

Play around with reps and weight and you will see what works best for you mate.

The rep range is dependant on the exercise. If you're doing isolation movements like lateral raises and rear laterals, your best bet is to stick to 10-15 reps.
If you're doing compound movements, presses and such, then I like to stay in the 6-8 range.
    I am an exit.

    Same!

Gotta love that corner press. Such a fresh way to look at your shoulder training, IMO. I'm currently trying them in a kneeled position, and god damn! does it feel great....whole new dynamic to the movement from the slightest change. And with the cleans, I never thought before that power movements could yield such hypertrophy as that movement did for me. My traps just took off!! I feel so bad when I see people doing shrugs now. I feel like I'm in some secret club that knows the dirty secrets of bodybuilding, lol. Like a religion based around hang cleans...that would be weird. Hmm, how did I get to this???

I just tried push press for the first time last Sunday. Surprised by how tiring they are. I actually felt a greater delt and tricep burn than on controlled BB shoulder press...go figure, eh?

i like to keep it simple, two exercises for each head. one free weight and one machine. They always get their own special day.

Most will say it's over training but i never feel over trained, just over boozed, under fed, or sleep deprived.
