    Back Workout..... Ideas?

Haven't posted here in a long time. But I am still lifting....

    My workouts have gotten.... boring.

My back workouts lately have been something like this:

    Pullups
    BB Rows
Some other Row I decide to do
    Shrugs
1 Bicep lift if I feel like it.

How can I spice this up a little? Super sets? New workouts? Anything?

You do deadlifts on a different day?
Could throw in the dealifts or maybe some lat pulldowns.
    Weighted pull-ups are always fun.

Break it up over two days.

One day, heavy horizontal pulling. Perform deadlifts on this day.
The other, vertical pulling (chinups and lat pulldowns).

You can pair these with antagonist movements, such as chest on horizontal day and delts on vertical day, or with legs or even with tricep work.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

Face pulls are good for the high upper back area. Rack pulls could be a good addition on back day. Maybe add something like reverse hypers for the lower back.

Yeah I deadlift on leg day, which is 2 days after I do back day. I have been making a lot of gains doing it that way.

Built, yesterday I actually went on your blog and came up with this back workout which was killer.

    Pullups
    Bent over row
    Hang Clean
    Corner Press
    Arnold Press

^^ Now that was fun and something different.

Push and Pull, I do weighted pullups, they are the staple of my back routine. Did BW+65lbs - 5 yesterday

Urbanski - have not tried Yates Rows in a loooong time. Might throw those in...

    Same with face pulls.
