Not sure what to say about the read, I can tell they definately aren't professional writers (they are software guys). I will give it a shot at some point, currently I'm doing HST for 3 weeks then a standard routine for 3 weeks, alot of people do seem to buy into HIT though as well.

From what I read, I think I have more fast twitch than slow twitch muscle. My legs get really sore on the bike... ouch... and I must suffer through. The fitness test on those bikes are killer on a high level setting even if it is only for 5 minutes.
