    I'm Back

Most of you probably don't know me. God it's been years. But I used to post on here quite a bit. Anyways, I'm back at it. Lifting fairly well now, but as always, will need advice.

    Happy Holidays to everyone.

hahaha, well, I got involved with some crazy girls, got out of the whole lifting routine and paid the price. Lots all my strength and muscle. Luckily I didn't become a fatty! lol

I've been back at it for a while, but never thought to come back here. How stupid of me.

Right now, I need to focus on strength. My bench as always been my weakest link, but i'm starting to progress on that, doing 4-6 reps x 3-4 sets flat bench and then doing some secondary excercises like flys, inclines, declines, etc.

And I'm finally back at squatting after a LONG absence in my routine. I had lower back issues that flared up, but seeing a chiro for that has helped greatly. And then I got calcific tendinitis in my hip (awesome, NOT!) and couldn't do my HIIT or just about any leg work for quite a while. It's still there, and the only way it can go away is with surgery. But, doc said I can manage it with stretches twice a day and ice packs. It's actually gotten WAYYYYY better and my leg strength is starting to come back. Still, I'm just sticking with doing 4 sets are so with around 225lbs, maybe a bit more. hitting it for like 10-12 reps..just to get back in the swing of things. Not sure if I ever plan on going crazy heavy on squats again, but I like to have it in my routine at this point.

    Anyways, that's a long rant.

    GLAD TO BE BACK!!!
