    From “Merkaba” on www.ironmagazineforums.com:
“Got my second pair a few days ago …. Already did a full stack on the rows with four extra rubber weights on top! Nothing like them on the rows. I'm really tired of gloves ‘cause mine get sweaty too much. But the grips contour easier to my hands making a perfect fit….To me they are worth it just for rows alone. I use them with rack pulls too cause it allows me to use the straps a few reps later than I would otherwise. I think everyone should try them.”
    Thanks Merkaba!

Rows, wow. What can I say. A limiting factor in reps for rows is grip and pain in my hand in the last few reps from the friction. However, using these grips I could do 10 reps of the full weight stack easy and then some. My muscles actually tired out before my hands. They feel so soft but still really grippy, so I incorporated them into heavy DB bench press and cable crossovers just for fun and they did actually enable me to do a few extra reps. Might be psychological but either way it's induced by these grips.

Gonna try pulldowns, which I havent done for a while due to how they shred my palms, and also deadlift day is tommorow; the big test. I'm hopeful.

If youi do opposing-hand grips on deadlifts, you will love them!

If your hands are facing the same direction, the bar will be more comfy but still roll. If you do an opposing hand grip, you will get the same solid grips you experienced on rows and have an amazing set!
