    Energy Levels

So, I work a desk job all day and use a staff gym which is in one building over. I notice my energy levels dipping throughout the day. It's like long road trips in a car...being sedintary is EXHAUSTING sometimes.

Is eating the answer? I eat at about 2:30pm or 3pm meal #3. Then workout at 5pm. Should I eat again pre-workout? If so, what?

Or is this something I can resolve via some sort of supplement. I was taking supercharged Xtreme for 8 weeks, but it said to cycle it. So, I came off it a couple weeks ago. I'm sure it's not "great" for the heart, as it has so much caffeine.

Any ideas? I just feel lethargic overall and could use some tips. Thanks guys!

Just get up and go for a walk. Take a couple of minutes and walk a couple flights of stairs to get the blood flowing.

You could also just do some stretches and pushups, but that might get you some weird looks

Try going keto. My energy and mental focus is always great in ketosis.

x 2, plus suck it up and try the b-12. The needle's painless, incredibly small. Also, make sure your diet's clean. The cleaner my diet is the better I feel.

The keto idea's not a bad one either. Some people perform better in ketosis. I'm one of them.

Does your sig refer to the Ultimate Diet 2.0? If so, then I'd like to tell you that I'm doing it for the second time and am at the end of the carb load as I write this. Fantastic diet.

They could use a slin pin, 29g a pin that small causes no pain at all.

You're exactly right. I'm using them now and I can't even tell that the pin's in because it's so small.

Celebrity Jeopardy on SNL. Norm MacDonald was playing Burt Reynolds and Burt wouldn't respond unless Trebek called him Turd Ferguson....

I'm experiencing the same problem. I just got an office job a month and a half ago, and it's interfering with my week day training. What I found helps is spreading out my eating more than usual. I eat about every hour. Also, keep well hydrated. You might want to take in more calories on work day to really give you an energy surplus.
