    Do my arms look normal....?

okay so i've been getting a BUNCH of CRAP from my "friends" that think they know "everything" about working out such as if you don't get sore that means you didn't get a good workout (my response was that for one it's called doms, told them what doms MEANT and told them why there full of crap and they still say there right) and what not so i'm gettin crap saying that i'm "doing my workout wrong because my are biceps are deformed"

In all honesty do you guy's think my biceps are deformed looking or are they alright... i think i have a pretty good peak and thought peaks were what people were looking for....

simple question, and thanks in advanced guy's / built for all your responses

p.s I'm asking because i'm self conscious about this kinda stuff... I used to weight 270 pounds and i'm still self conscious from back then (2years ago)

Ummm....what deformity? The bicep peak you have there?
Kind of sad your pals don't know what that is...tell them you have another deformed peak in your trousers that they can make fun of.

I do have to ask you this, what is that between your bicep and shoulder? Maybe that's what they are talking about?
    Is it just a shadow?

Yeah, that horrible malformed lump there is called a MUSCLE. Maybe they should go build some because they obviously don't know what they look like.

Honestly man, just work out and get results. Results will speak volumes about how well your training methods work in comparison to theirs.

Wow you're good. Maybe you should be a private investigator and find out who stole all the cookies from the cookie jar.

You're doing fine bro. Tell your friends to post some pics on here so I can tear into their physiques. You've made some seriously commendable progress if you've come down from 270. They can suck it.
