    I second this. Been waiting for one to go up on craigslist for a good price. Just another variation of training.

    Expensive? You can make one. I think that is why it was so popular in Russia, people made their own version.

    considering the spectrum of movements associated with the kettlebell, Id say its worth the money.

    Yeah. You can get them relatively cheap on Amazon, delivered by FedEx.

    What can I say about it? It's a kettlebell. Beats traditional cardio by a longshot. I used to take my small one (30 lbs) in a backpack with me on long walks (5+ miles). Good times.

    They're fun.

    Just google "Pavel Tsatsouline" and you'll pull up all kinds of stuff from Dragon-door. They're recognized as kettlebell gurus.
