Basically, I have a fractured wrist. For the scientific minded, I have a scaphoid bone non-union. I need a training routine, to keep growing, but without placing weight on my right wrist. Anyone have any ideas about what I can do? (any gizmos I can create to keep training?)![]()

I've read that people in therapy, who continue to train the opposing side of the body, find that thier atrophy is less in both sides (as if to trick the body).
