My Story - how i got started in weight training.
I always wanted to join a gym, just never had the motivation I guess. Then my friend joined a gym I guess he was there for about 5 months when he started asking me to go with him. So I did, we trained at least 5 days a week for about 1 month, then he started wanting to go less, but I still kept with it. Another month passed and he rarely went. I tryed getting him motivated to come along again, but he just kept giving excuses. Now he keeps telling himself he'll go back to the gym, but it's been 2 months now since he's stopped. I just find it kind of weird, all that hard work to be wasted, he was the last person I could see quitting. I know I'll keep with it though.
Anyways I just had to vent that off lol...it's been bugging me for awhile. |

The thing that pushes me every day when I workout is "I don't want to be judged by the standard. I want to be the standard" Beautiful, keep working hard! When he see's how nice you look then he'll be jelouse and start working just as hard again.
