searching for a lost volume workout

Hi from Winnipeg. Would anyone out there please let me know if they know of a workout that i believe is called "30-30-30 volume workout". The sets and reps goe something like this.

    10x3
    6x5
    5x6
    3x10
I believe that you do each combination for a week for a month or two. If anyone could let me know of the author or site it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Vancouver Steve
