Definitely cool. Useful for even more than the swing - I had completely forgotten about the test with the dowel for hip hinging. That's something I'm going to have to incorporate into my workout.

Possibly as part of my initial warmup and maybe a couple of tries after my workout to see if there's any improvement after going through all of the drills I've been doing.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

Thank you, I wish more gyms had kettle balls.
