    no belt

use to deadlift alot. got 365# at bodyweight of 145.... anyway, i felt something in my lower back slip 20+ years ago. stopped and took off 20 years from doing them. now , just starting again, i noticed when i wear a belt, i'm sore. right away sore 3-4 hours after i deadlift.today i didnt wear a belt and i am not sore. in all other exercises its the next 2 days after hard training i'm sore, but my ass, legs and back traps etc are sore 3-4 hours later, up till 2 days later. no belt today, and i feel fine. is this common. i used 60# 15 rep 90# 15 reps 120#15 reps and 150# 15 reps. afraid to go any higher just yet.
belt or no belt?? any info is appreciated.

60 reps of deadlifts? Even at light weight that's just unnecessary. Plus what are your caloric and macronutrient totals? do you track them. Most people don't. And most people undereat for the crap they try to put their bodies through.

    So very true.
