    Question New routine

    Hi guys i was wondering if eny of you could give me some constructive comments on this routine please.Im 47 and workout at home i normally do fullbody workouts but have recently changed.

    monday
    D/B Rows 3x8
    D/B Hammer curls 3x8
    D/B Shoulder press 3x8
    B/B Shrugs 3x12
    Lat pulldown 3x8
    Side lat raise 3x8

    wednesday
    Squats 3x8
    Sit ups 3x12
    Calfraise 3x8
    Leg curls 3x8
    Lying crunches 3x12

    Friday
    Bench press 3x8
    Skull crushers 3x8
    D/B Flyes 3x8
    Close grip bench press 3x8
    D/B Pullovers 3x8

    Need way more legs. Need way more compound and less isolation. Need to cover body parts/planes of motion more evenly. Too many presses, not enough pulls.

    How's my squat form?

    Might I recommend gtbmed's hihgly innovative off-the-wall squat? Not only are you training your legs but your body's ability to defy gravity. Definitely a kepper in any lifter's program.
