    How do you train to prep for an upcoming fight from 2 months on in to Fight Night?

    tell us a little about yourself. Have you fought before? is this an amateur fight? did you get sucked into a local professional fight without experience? do you have to cut weight? if so how much?

    tell us about your current training and cardio levels?
