ive been now tranning now bout 3 months i go til the gym about 3 til 4 times in a week i'm doin arms on monday tue rest wed id do my srugs and bac thur id do shoulders an chest fri do bit running an stomach i do a warm up set followed by 3 sets of 12......i want til try mix things up a bit by mabe doin less reps or mabe differnt routine any suggestions.....i also get good enough am tryin til get my stomach hard but ive stil got liitle bit fat just wonderin if shuld do my stomach more or what thanks

Pretty sure you're asking how to get rid of excess fat on your midsection. It's called diet. Focus on dropping fat, as actually reducing fat stores on a specific area of the body is virtually impossible. There are some creams that claim to be able to aid in this, but you still have to mobilize the fatty acids with a negative energy balance. Also, I don't think this type of topical cream is very well supported.
