    simple question, simple answer

    just wondering, is squatting double ur body weight, ur wieght plus ur weight on the bar or doubling ur weight on the bar(so not including ur weight)

    ie.( body weight)150 lbs + (barbell)150 lbs. = double body weighted squat

    (barbell) 300 lbs. = double body weighted squat

    If you weigh 100kg and you squat with 200kg on the bar, that is a 2.0 strength to weight ratio.
