"or sending individuals (who outweighed him by as much as 100 pounds in some instances) flying through the air and landing some 15 feet away as a result of a punch that Lee delivered from only one-inch away"

Crazy. Or, "supporting a 125-pound barbell at arms length in front of him (with elbows locked) for several seconds", and he weighed 135lbs.

Can you imagine if a full-on bodybuilder could apply his/her strength as power to the degree Lee could? Their mass put to power/speed would be unreal.

That site has other free bodybuilding articles that are worth checking out. Even if you don't agree with them, can't go wrong with free.

I quoted it because it is so entirely full of bullshit it is funny.

There is no evidence that supports it.

True, it could be total bullshit. Especially the 15 feet, probably exaggerated at the very least. But who really knows? Anyways I thought it was an interesting read. Especially his lifting routine, since I also incorporate those exercises in my routines.

I got to admit.. it seems super human. And almost defies physics! I mean.. the guy was 135 pounds and held 125 pounds straight out like that??? Wouldn't he just tip over?? lol
Still, Bruce lee was indeed awesome.

Yes he would either tip over or have to stand or lean backwards at a 45 degree angle.

That whole site is a crock of shit. It is just some guy trying to make money on his image.

It's too bad, cause I love Bruce Lee. I was hoping for a more when I clicked on the link.
