    Your favorite lift to perform?

Wanted to poll this but screwed up. Ah well. So what is your favorite lift? I personally like the Bench Press.

Ditto! Rack Pulls helped improve my deadlift drastically.

I'm bitter now, though, because my current gym (been at the downtown YMCA for a few months) has awkwardly-designed power cages and I can't set the safety bars low enough to do them properly. Same with floor press. The lowest setting would have the BB above my knees. No good.

Rack pulls from just above the knee are still very helpful for deadlifts. They really help build a strong finish which is usually the sticking point on deads.

Deadlifts are probably my favorite exercise, but that has a lot to do with them being my best I'd assume.

I also love the bench press, military press and weighted chin-ups/pull-ups.

I love performing the main compound movements but recently i have been really enjoying semi-supinated seated cable rows , performed with a slow eccentric with a good stretch across the back and controlled concentric finishing with a hard squeeze. Satisfaction!!
