5 sets of squats. 3 sets of SLDL's.

No examples, but the basics using super sets and giant sets would do it. And reducing the rest time will also reduce your workout time, obviously, while increasing the intensity of that workout.

I have always workout out over the years for around 1 hour to hour 15 minutes. Most recently, I can finish my DC routine in 45 minutes if I am amped.

Working out for more than an hour supposedly affects cortisol levels where as they eventually get so high, your body goes catabolic and doing the exact opposite of what you want. Forgive me for not having the studies on hand for the exact durations.

On the contrary if you are on gear,... different story.

Lately my workouts have lasted 75 minutes if i include the time it takes for a warmup and cooldown.

    Squats - 2 sets
    Deadlifts - 3 sets
    Pullups - 3 sets
    Curls - 3 sets
    Grip - 3 sets
    Planks - 2 sets

Boom, out. Treat the next exercise as just another set. If your rest interval between squat sets is 60 sec, take 60sec between your last set of squats and your first set of deads etc.

Blast through your exercises like that. Take as little rest as possible. Im out of breath for the whole thing.

I got the above workout done in 60 minutes almost exactly with a warmup and cooldown. I was in and out within an hour.

    And i was FUCKED.
