Whats the heaviest db's you have?
You can do lunges, split lunges, squats, calve raises, bumbbell presses, arnold presses, lateral raises, hammer curls, overhead tri presses, etc.
Plenty of stuff to get you through two weeks.

Hey guys, so i officially ended my free two week trial at my gym. My parents are going to help me with the membership fee, but it won't be until atleast two weeks. I was just wondering what I can do in the meantime as I'm trying to bulk up. I just installed a pull-up bar on my door earlier today and have dumbbells so that leaves me with a bunch of possibilities, but I'm a newbie so I need some feedback on what exercises I should be doing at home. At the gym, I alternate days between upper and lower body, making sure I hit each muscle group for that day.
Today I jogged for about 10-15minutes, pull-ups, pushups, and crunches. I can only do like 3 pull-ups, so I did negative pull-ups to build strength and did it until fatigued.
What are the best upper and lower body exercises a newbie can do at home with dumbbells?
Gracias.
Work on movement patterns, flexibility, and technique so that when you get into the gym you can increase the load and start progressing.
I've found that flexibility is extremely important in being able to successfully complete a lot of exercises.

I actually just started my second job on Monday. I've been out of work for over a month because I had mono... making out with too many dirty skanks.
Thanks for the suggestions- I'll definitely work on my flexibility. As far as dumbbells go I have around 100lbs worth of removable weights so I'm covered on that.

im just curious to how someone has 15 posts..with that much rep?

I wasnt making fun of you it was funny because I asked the same question the day before. I didnt understand how someone with less posts then me had more reputation. I wasnt making fun of you and I know its not a big deal.
You are born small and weak, and you die small and weak. What you do in the middle is up to you.
There is ALWAYS room for improvement
