if your cut and lean and look very very fit, whats the best rep range to train in to keep your shape, but add on 20#'s? some say heavy sets of 5. some say heavy sets of 3. some say feel the muscle work and do sets of 8-10.. i know the 3's and 5's build strength, but the goal is to keep the shreaded look going..so to keep the super cut look, but to pack on the #'s, what do all you recomend? no drugs at all . just a healthy diet, good sleep, and train very hard.
thanks

Pretty much read the links Phineas posted.
Bulking up, no matter how slow or carefully, will most likely add a little fat to your body but its nothing to worry about - you can always lose it again later and keep that hard earned muscle!
