    routine... HELP PLEASE!

    21yo. 162lbs
    want to do 3-5days a week.
    any recommendations that worked for you guys?

    Dianabolic 10 10mg Methandienone, 49 usd
    (2) 10ml Testo enanthate 350mg/ml....45usd
    (2) 10ml Deca nandrolone 300mg/ml....60usd
    (2) 10ml Tamoxifen (nolvadex) 20mg/ml.... 10usd ORAL



    gonna do 500mgs a week. protein shakes two times a day. got a pre work out drink the creatine and liver support. diet is anything with protein and lean calories. im doing a 10wk cycle and looking to lose a little stomach i got and put on some muscle mass. im pretty lean every where except the middle section because my diet been slacking for a year. what else would help you guys help me?

    You're 162lbs and you're looking to use gear? Tell me this is some hilarious prank.

    Have you already bought it? Whats the expiry date if you have? Store that shit away and get some hard work done and bulk up naturally first. Why are you contemplating using steroids at your age/level of development anyways? You really don't need them.

    As for the training program, anything focusing on big compound movements, a little isolation, a good split (upper/lower probably) 3-4 times a week, with as much emphasis on legs as on upper body - more-so if possible. After that its just a case of working out some periodization.

    If you need more explanation, theres a tonne of stickied threads at the top of the training section revolving around putting together a workout program. Give them a read.
