    Back in the weight room

Fellas, I've been out of lifting for about 2 years now. Getting married, moving, hard job, etc. just had it where I couldn't work out like I was used to (all out) so I took some time off. Looking for suggestions on how to ease back into it. I am 5' 10" and was about 8% body fat and 215 when I stopped. Most people can't really tell I ever stopped but I can. What kind of schedule should I get on for this first month or so? I was already planning on cardio first thing in the morning but unsure of how hard I need to be on the weights. Experienced/veterab advice only please.

I do bodyweight exercises, push-ups, dips, pull-ups, squats, lunges ect... if i've taken a considerable amount of time off. Works for me.

I agree here bodyweight exercises are the best to get back in the groove of things. THen start back up with the weights again at the end of one or two weeks.
You are born small and weak, and you die small and weak. What you do in the middle is up to you.
There is ALWAYS room for improvement

I'd do full body a routine 3x a week, work on form then gradually add weight to bring the reps down. If you are still in decent shape, muscle memory should bring you back pretty quickly.
