Just give it some time. You are not going to gain weight if you are at a deficit.
Holding true that your macros are in order, you should be fine.
Hello,
Its been about a week and a half since I started my diet and training. My macros are perfect, along with my caloric deficit from my maintenance level. Im not overtraining and doing everything in the book.
I have a question. I have not seen any results yet. As a matter of fact, I feel I may have even gained a little weight and Im a little more jiggly then before I started my diet.
This could either mean one of two things. Its too early to tell and I need to be more patient and consistant, or my body is going through a wild change and may be getting a little worse before I start seeing results. Either way I know I have to see results eventually. My diet and exercise program is to the bestof my abilities and its only been a week and a half.
Any advice or comments welcome, thank you ;o)

Let's see your "just right" diet and exercise routine first of all.
If everything is in order, then perhaps you are eating too much? How religiously did you hold to your diet? How accurate are your measurements as far as weighing out portions?
Also, a week and a half is not very long. It may just require more time before you see something more substantial.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

If you're truly gaining weight and not losing it, then you probably overshot on your maintenance. Either that or you're not being honest with how much food you're eating.
Besides staying on a strict diet I would weigh myself every other day or maybe even every 3 days or so after you wake up go to the bathroom and let your digestive system take its course and jump on the scale before you do anything else. It'll only take a minute and it helps keep track of your gains and losses consistently. If the scale isn't moving in the right direction adjust your intake.
