I'm getting back into a workout/nutrition routine after a heart attack/surgery and while perusing the web looking at protein/supplement deals I came across this site Muscle Building Nutrition - Workouts & Supplements Explained from William Brink. There's a lot of detail on the site and quite a few testimonials including some from pro body builders. This looks like it could be a mecca of good information and not knowing who Will Brink is I'd like to get an opinion on this material. Thanks.

I agree with Bio-Chem. Will's a really nice guy and gives sensible well-thought out advice.
