help, sharp pain behind ears while lifting

exactly what the title says, this has never happened before, does anyone know what this could be. the only difference in my routine was i started takin no xplode, but i have taken it for a week without feeling this. if i push through the pain, it becomes a temporary migraine, pain starts behind my ears and moves up to my temples. does anyone know what this could be?

I'd recommend going to the doctor.

Hypothetically, we can suggest that the NO Xplode is involved. If that is the case, perhaps the caffeine is causing a problem. If so, you would have the same reaction with any caffeinated beverage. I think this is unlikely though.

More likely than not, perhaps you irritated a nerve.

All in all, if the pain persists, you are best served to head to your physician.

I have no idea. I would discontiue using no xplode and see if that makes it stop.
