The Blaster
I have this new piece of exercise equipment coming out that I think every gym and home should have. It is called The Blaster. It provides a safe and comfortable method of securely holding weight plates in places while performing various exercises, such as : weighted bench dips, weighted pushups, lying butt bridges, wall squats ( with or without a ball ) bent over rows, deadlifts ( stiff legged and sumo ) swings, boats, seated calve raises, and many more. It is available now for sale and it is being introduced at the IHRSA trade show in March in San Diego.I have them already in a number of local gyms and everyone loves them.
