Been awhile....my quick split I thought up

Ok tear this up if it needs help, it has been some time since I have been to the gym on a set split. I will probably go every other day to the gym to give myself some recovery time. I usually do 3 sets per body part with about 8-10 reps.

    chest/bis

    back/tris

    legs

    shoulder

The split looks fine to me.
The rep range is a little high, but since you're just getting back into working out, I think it's good also. It will build some endurance/muscle and help get your form right.
    What exercises are you doing?

3 days of upper and only 1 for lower? Why are your shoulders getting as much attention as your legs?

I really just want to get back in shape like I was about 3 years ago. This rep range is a little high for me, I was use to doing 6-8ish. Do you guys think I need to do legs twice a week? I'm a little confused there. I'm just trying to mix things up as I use to do
    chest/tris
    back/bis
    legs
    shoulders

    For biceps/chest I did
    3x8 flat dumbell press
    3x10 flys
    3x8 incline flys
    - I will most likely next time throw out a set of flys and put some dips in there
    3x8 preacher curl
    3x8 dumbell hammer curls
3x8 stupid machine curls ( never again )
-so I am not sure what to change here other then never use that machine again

    For Triceps/back
    3x8 skullcrusher
    3x8 dips ( dont have a weighted belt )
    3x10 pulley pushdowns

    3x8 pulldowns
    3x8 close grip seated rows
    3x8 one armed dumbell rows

    For shoulders
    3x8 dumbell shoulder press
    3x8 upright rows
    3x8 reverse flys
    3x8 side laterals
-nothing for the front delt since it is quite larger then the rest

    For legs
    3x10 squats
    3x8 SLDL
    3x8 seated calf raises
    3x10 leg curls

So this is what i plan on doing. How does it look? Is the rep range to high? I have no problem going down to 3 reps per set. Any suggestion on volume, to much too little?

Do you think I should do shoulders and legs on the same day? I wasn't trying to give my shoulders anymore attention then my legs I have just always trained them on there own day. Or maybe I just want HUGE SHOULDERS hahahaha not sure.
