    T-bar rows

I have the t-bar row attachment on my power rack. Like this:

I don't have a handle for my olympic bar. My question is, is it ok to just hold onto the bar for t-bar rows with my hands or do you think I should get a close grip cable attachment or something?

    I used this:

It slides over the end of the oly bar and there's a twist-bolt that holds it on.

Yeah I saw that. Looked kinda cheap to me. I would have to physically see it. I think it sells for 40$.

You know you can brace your hand on the opposite knee and do them with one arm. When you do this you can replace each 45 plate with a 25. By doing this you can increase the range of motion at the highest point. At this new highest point you can hold the contraction much more effectively.

Personally I care enough about my joints to never lock me fingers together when lifting weights that are seriously effective for intermediate lifters or beyond.

You could wrap a towel around the bar too and grab the ends.

I like to use a double D handle, or whatever it's called. However, you can just grab the bar.

It really depends, yes you could just use ur hands but with an ext. you could use a wider grip, thus hitting a different area of ur back.
