I enjoy using different methods of training and in my last few weeks of bulking I don't want to start a long training cycle. I was thinking of trying DC training to pack on a few more pounds before I cut. This bulk has been quite successful. I started on December 1, 2009 @ 175 and am currently at 197. I want to get to 205# and cut. I figure I was at around 8-10% bf when I started and am now around 13% and want to cut back down to around 8% which will put me around 195#. What is your take on DC training, not only in general, but as it pertains to my current goal? Suggestions on different methods are welcome as well.

Very good method , but after a while of increasing weight each time on exercice your cns take a hit and you stale!!! Gotta play and mix things up about your rep scheme and the rest between set.If youre making same set than the week before but youre doing it in less time, you're becomig stronger. When you'll be hiiting a plateau try very high reps with almost no rest in between, 30 sec or less, that'll make a grueling workout believe me!!!Like they're saying every program is good as long as you keep faith in it!!!!!!
