Waste of time. The unstable surface will force you to significantly reduce weight thus progress is non-existent. Stability would be increased, I guess, but last time I lifted something on a ball for a practical purpose was.......NEVER!

First thought: This has been posted before.
Second thought: When this guys wrecks his body doing this, I want a 720p video of this on YouTube of it.
Third thought: If you want to build core stability using squats, do overhead squats.
