hey guys, and girls. i went to a local hole in the wall nutrition/vitamin store the other day that my buddy from work told me about. and the owner had these odd looking home made pieces of equipment in the corner so i asked what they were and he gave me a demonstration on how to use them.
later that day i went to the local hardware store and started to build my own, i used a adult sized basketteball and it was way to heavy so i dumbed down to a soccer ball, and gave the big one to my old boss who is 3 times my size.
anyways everytime i use it, i have a blast, it works everything in my arms and upper body, even core. and there are so many things i can do with this dam thing!
anywho i will include pictures of what this looks like and how i built it if you have never seen one, and anyone who hasnt, you should do some you tube research on these bad boys. it only costs about 30 bucks to build between walmart and home depot!
