I've read through Vince Delmonte's No nonsense training, and I don't have a car, neither enough money for a gym membership. Are there any good workouts that you could recommend me for bulking for a skinny guy like me? 130lb. 5'9

Oh if you haven't read the book, it calls for a cable machine, and I only have a bench, barbell, dumbells, pull up bar, and resistance bands.
