    Hey man.

    Since you have been posting mad routines, can u post your Ab routine for us? I would love to give it a go!!!!

    Ok...its quite simple in fact...

    -swiss ball crunch OR cable crunches...2 x 15
    -hanging knee raise or reverse crunch...2 x failure
    -twisting crunch or cable side crunch...1-2 x 20-25

    Once or twice per week...thats it!
