Now that work has slowed up and im not working im going to get back into the working out scene. I know all about diet, im trying to bulk up. I just need to know what kind of workout to do. Before i was just doing deadlift, bench, squat and pushup, situps. I can do more things, whatever you guys think i should get. I can buy some stuff to, if needed. I would just like to workout at home. So with that being said. What time of reps and ect. Before i had this chart that my high school had. You would max out and then you would go to chart and start where you max out and it would tell you your workout every other day on reps and ect. THen you would just keep moving up the chart, so your strength would increase. I did that for squat, bench and deadlift. NOt sure if thats a good system or not, what do you guys think? They just emphasized on that, then we would just go around and do other little stuff. NEed some input. Thanks guys
