    Exclamation Chest pain

    Ive ben having pain around the iner edges of my pecs for about a week now. When i cough it hurts ect... wtf did i do. i was pushing hard that week pushing heavier then i ever have . i dont know if i ripped something or what please help.

    Give it some time. If the pain persists for another week or so, head to your physician. We cannot diagnose anything without seeing you.

    You may have costocondritis. I think I got this from heavy bench pressing for years. Google it.

    If you take a couple of weeks off, you will be in a better position to determine the severity of the injury. If the pain subsides, then you probably just had minor tears.
