    really TERRIBLE form videos

    Hi guys,

    I just found these videos on youtube, the worst form i've really ever seen. they may be useful to beginners to see how not to do exercises. what do you think?

    Youtube description: "This man is a beast. He's been able to avoid injury time and time again despite using attrocious form on every excercise known to man. Courtesy to Max Diesel Weasel. This video has it all. After sniffing what presumably is some coke to suppress the pain in his spine during the excercise, he goes into an epileptic fit, jerking and convulsing all over the place. While this is happening he grunts like a lion and his back is bowed like a steel bar bent by a world class strongman."


    Youtube description: "This video really takes the cake. He is standing on a wet sheet of plywood on a slanted driveway in front of his garage. When he cleans the weight you think something disastrous is about to happen. The front squats that follow are priceless. He flounders all around and fails on his third rep, dropping the barbell on his knees which are then in their most vulnerable position. All this is done while it's raining. One day this man will die under a barbell."


    Youtube description: "This video is another classic. After bouncing the bar of the safety bars, he 'bobbles' up in a significant uneven rise while his knees buckle all around, his heels get off the floor and his back is bent like that of a lobster. I hope he has his wheelchair picked out."

    Good thing he's wearing a belt. When that disk flies out of his back he might take somebodies eye out.

    That guy is the biggest tool i have ever seen. He fucks up absolutely every element of those lifts.
