i'm not that experienced with weight lifting have done a bit on and off but never followed a strict program as such. i'm looking to do a program that gives good size gains with some strength gains too. im a little confused there is a million and one routines and half of them contradict each other. HST is supposed to work but then you don't get much strength gains and i want these too, can someone recommend a routine please? I'm 100% natural as well no steroids or anything like that.
